Alliant University is offering a weekly Anger Management program that can help.

10 week anger management course focusing on topics such as identifying triggers to anger, understanding how thoughts are tied to aggressive and passive aggressive behaviors, identifying anger styles, de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution skills, and practice in effective assertive communication. Homework assignments are provided in order to practice newly learned skills outside of session.

Group will be meeting every thursday beginning January 5, 2012 from 4:30pm-6:00pm
Cost: $20 entry fee and $15 per session. Discounted rate for group if pay in full at first session.
